Threaded pipe flanges are suitable only for low-pressure systems
in which there are no thermal cycles that could cause the threads to loosen.
Threaded pipe flange is supplied with a tapered internal thread that the pipe
screws into.
Threaded flange find applications in areas in which hot work
(welding, burning, and grinding) is undesirable.
Product Features:
Threaded Flanges are used for special circumstances with their main advantage
being that they can be attached to pipe without welding. Although this flange
inherently provides a seal, a seal weld can additionally be used with the
threaded connection.
Material:
SS316 - A molybdenum stainless steel that provides excellent
tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths at elevated temperatures
Pipe Fittings are used to connect different apparatus, equipment
and to change direction of flow in a piping system.
Pipe fittings are generally classified as "welded" or
"pressure" fittings. Welded fittings are welded on to the piping
system where as pressure fitting uses National Pipe Thread (NPT) to connect to
the pipe.
Pressure fittings are NOT available in sizes larger than 4"
NPS. Though they are more common up to 2" NPS. Pressure fittings are
classified as 3000#, 6000# or 9000# (most common). They are available in forged
steel, merchant steel and malleable iron.
Butt Weld fittings are available in hot formed (A234 WPB), High
Yield Carbon Steel, Stainless and Nickel Alloys.

A street elbow is a type of piping fitting intended to join a
piece of pipe and another fitting at an angle. The difference between a street
elbow and a regular elbow is the nature of the connections on either end.
Malleable castings conform to ASTM A197, ASME B16.3, ASME B16.14
and ASME B16.39
Hot-dipped galvanized fittings conform to ASTM A153
NPT threads on all fittings conform to ASME B1.20.1
The variety of valves available to employ on a
project is staggering, and usually the choice of which to use is based on the
technical application, the ease of use by operators and maintenance personnel,
and the cost.
In
application, valves are used for two purposes:
- On/Off service, in which the valve is intended to be full open to permit flow, or full-closed to stop flow.
2. Throttling
service, in which the valve is required to modulate the flow through to satisfy
a process condition such as regulating flow rate or pressure.
Product Features:
Oil Field Ball Valves use a pivoting ball with a
central bore to regulate flow. By rotating the ball opening, flow can be
restricted or shut off.
Floating Ball, Blow-Out Proof Stem, Locking Plate, Grease
Fitting, NACE MR-0175 Compliant, Threads Conform to ANSI B1.20.1, BS21, DN 259/2999
Material:
Body: Carbon Steel
StabilizR™: The
specialized dampening movement minimizes effects of pulsation
and vibration without liquid filling.
Industrial: Use where harmful vibration
and pulsation are present.
Process: Ideally suited for process,
chemical and petroleum industries.
Economy: Most economical,
all-purpose pressure gauge.
Description:
PEM Standard Economy Gauges are the most economical and general purpose of the pressure
gauges. Their applications include plumbing, heating, air conditioning,
pneumatic, hydraulic, water tanks, air compressors and OEM. This guage has 4
inch dial and 1/4 inch connection
